Raspberry Pi 5のRTCバックアップにEDLCが（たぶん短時間だけど）使えそう。
EDLC自体の耐圧は5.5Vだけども、充電電圧を3.6Vに設定して使用。電源が落ちたときは1mV/secくらいの速度で電圧が下がるので、リテンション電圧が1.6Vと仮におくと30分持つかなあという案配かな？ちょっとあとで長時間放置させてみよう
